Blackjack Strategies Computer Casinos
In Blackjack, the objective is to try to beat the dealer by getting closer to 21. He does this by placing his bet in the designated space in front of his table position. If the total of your hand is over 21, you'll bust and lose your bet. The object of the game is to obtain a hand of cards totaling up to 21 or as close to 21 as possible without going over. The dealer must draw cards until they have at least 17 and must stand at 17 or higher. Some casinos refer to hitting as draw. Stand - If you are pleased with your first two cards, you would then stand and not draw anymore cards. Double Down - Your bet is doubled and you draw only one more card. Depending on the game, the player's are either dealt their cards face up or face down. Each card in Blackjack has a certain value. Any other card means a win for the dealer. Note that at some online casinos, you cannot split a split hand. You can play Blackjack either for fun (Fun Play) or for real money (Real Play) Once all players have decided to "Stand," the dealer reveals the face down card known as the "Hole" card. If the dealer's hand is between 17 and 21, he or she may not draw any additional card. If the dealer has blackjack, the insurance pays 2:1, matching the amount of your original bet. If you and the dealer both have blackjack, the game ends in a push. Surrender is not offered at very many online casinos.
